Hey guy’s! I’ve officially hit the road for Kingdom Interruption 2022. But before I left I spent the past month at home in Gainesville Georgia. I got to spend time with my youngest brother Nick. He was in town getting training for a mission trip to the 10/40 window. Please be praying for him and his team as they get ready to leave Albania this month. As for me I’m heading west from Georgia, my first stop was Carrollton GA. I got to visit Matt Blair’s family and stay at his grandmother’s house. We met up with a college ministry called CCF. When showed up Thursday night and they gave us the mic lol. I love when you can trust someone simply because of the Holy Spirit within them. Then they invited us back to be part of there conference that Saturday. I never know what to expect when I travel with God. We were able to speak some truth in love to the college students.

During my time in Carrolton I got to meet multiple married couples who were stepping into divorce. It’s really hard to see what happens when we let our flesh and bad advice control us. Brokenness in a marriage just sucks. But even with divorce and infidelity God is good! I got to see multiple people use this hardship to get closer to God. The Lord is always reminding me that He is greater than anything and everything else.

One of my new friends shared how her house was not okay. There were things going bump in the night. I personally am no stranger to demons. Growing up I would hear my name being called or footsteps when nobody was home, plates would break and doors would open. My friend was telling me the exact same things. The great thing is I know the truth, I know that Jesus has given those who love Him, authority to cast out demons. So that’s what we did. We went to the home and prayed with authority over every inch of that place. I have seen the darkness and I know for a fact that the darkness cannot stand the light. After we prayed there was a peace over the home. Now does that mean demons can’t just come back? No, they can return if you open doors for them. But there is power in the name of Jesus and He will not leave us. If you have some evil in your homes, walk in authority as a son or daughter of the most High King. He is for you, so who can really be against you.

I made this video as we were leaving Carrolton

Now I’m in Nashville TN, we got the van unstuck lol. While we were getting it out we ended up getting a truck stuck too. (I know nothing of Georgia mud.) Matt’s uncles, aunts and even his grandpa came out to help. We could’ve seen this as simply a set back and a delay in our leaving, but God had other plans. Right when we were about done getting everything out of the mud, Matt’s great uncle came out of his house to help. He was in his house the entire time we were outside struggling. I heard him talking to his nephew about being sick with cancer and really wanting prayer. I took this as an opportunity to invite myself into the conversation and pray for him. I was able to pray healing over his body and heart. I was able to remind him that he is not alone. The he can always talk with God. This whole event was a reminder that God can use anything and everything for His purpose. We just have to be looking, listening and doing.

Please pray for my travels, that I would have my eyes open to see what God is doing around me.

Thank you guys so much for your constant support, you are appreciated beyond words. Love you! May God guide you into more of His love.

  1. Hey! Kingdom Interruption is a road trip throughout the United States, where we connect with believers and alumni. Our goal is to encourage the body and remind them of who God says they are. We also do some recruiting and are open to Holy Spirit leading us wherever He wants. The trip last about 7 months. This year we are traveling to the east side of the country, last year we hit the west side. We just missed you 🙁

  2. Luis,
“I love when you can trust someone simply because of the Holy Spirit within them.” Increasingly, I know faithful Christ-followers who fall in this category, and you, my friend, are at the top of the list! Thanks for being the light everywhere you go and sharing your testimony, your experiences, your life, The Light of Christ.

  3. Love the updates keep them coming. So proud of the work your doing, serving the Lord as you’ve been called to do. I love you and miss you. You are always in my thoughts and prayers.
