This week I was sitting with God asking Him what to do with our quiet time. I tried reading the Bible and was having a hard time focusing on the words. Then I heard God say look at the pictures in your phone. I thought ok I could do that. As I was looking through I opened my “flowers” album. I love flowers! They remind me of how awesome God is. He created flowers with such detail and beauty and not one looks the same as the next. I stared in wonder at these flowers and He reminded me of some scripture. Matt 6:28-30 The message here talks about how beautiful the flowers of the fields are. They are so beautiful in fact that king Solomon in all his riches was never dressed as beautifully as these flowers. That God knows our needs and all we need to do is have faith.
It’s funny that God brought these words of wisdom to me. I’m currently fundraising for my time out here in Cambodia. And I’m trusting God will use one of you to keep me here. I’m $1,910 away from meeting my deadline Dec 1st. I’m putting my faith in God. Whether these funds come from my current supporters, new supporters or they don’t come at all and I have to go home. I’m going to trust Him and continue to love Him and everybody all the time. Thank you guys for being here for me, and always lifting me up in prayer, I love you. Please go love somebody today.
