Hello friends and family! I hope you had a blessed holiday. I was able to spend some time with my family back in Yucaipa, California, and loved every minute of it. Thank you for taking time to read this update. Let’s get to it!

Gap Year:

As most of you know we had 4 Gap year squads on campus for roughly 3 months. They learned how to hear God’s voice, connect with each other, and serve in missions. All of this progress was made with the hope that we could send them overseas. Well praise the Lord because it happened! All 4 squads have left the United States and are now in their respective country. This was such a huge blessing and honestly an unknown. Since the world changed so much with covid, we weren’t sure if they would actually get to leave. Thank you for your prayers and support in this. I know first-hand it can be hard in a new country because of language barriers and cultural differences. Keep praying for the squads, as they get to practice what they learned.

My Next Move:

This year I’m going to be traveling with Kingdom Interruption. This group that travels the country connecting alumni and fellow believers together. Our mission is to remind the brothers and sisters all over the country that they are not alone. There is a family member right around the corner for all of them. There are amazing churches and ministries all over this country, and I plan to bring as many together as I can. When I’m not connecting people together, I’ll be helping the people right in front of me, like the homeless and broken hearted. There are those who just need someone to talk to. Ones who simply need some love. I’m going to share Jesus with them, because who better than Jesus to give love? This trip with Kingdom Interruption will last for 6 months. I’ll be traveling to over 20 states! Please pray for this trip. I’m currently working on our vehicle. It’s a 2001 Honda Odyssey and it has at least 310,000 miles. I’m praying it makes it at least another 30,000 miles after some repairs. Though before I get to travel the country, I get to see my squads in Costa Rica! I’ll be leaving this Friday the 22nd and I’ll be out there until February 20th. Pray for a good trip. I want to make sure I use every minute I have with the squads. Pray wisdom and strength for me. I know God will do incredible things during this trip. With your prayers and support great things will come.

Thank You:

2020 was something….. I was reflecting back on all the incredible things God did. I’m amazed at what He did and I’m grateful for all the support. I wouldn’t make it far without it. Thank you! I will be sending out monthly updates over the course of this next trip. I understand some of you prefer mailed updates, others prefer video, and there’s also email. I’ll be reaching out to each of you individually to see what you prefer. In the meantime, be blessed! Don’t forget to love your neighbor. Life is too short to worry about what “could” happen tomorrow. Let’s all be light today. Love you guys.
