Lord I can’t even express the blessings you have given me. There has been over 67,392,000 seconds from when I decided to follow you without reserve, until now. Lord there has not been a day that wasn’t filled with Your love and grace. Father I don’t know why you chose me to go out and experience the world through Your eyes. I don’t deserve it. There have been hard times and good. I have learned that without You there is nothing worth living for.

You have shown me wonders and miracles over and over. From the blind seeing, the lame walking, the deaf hearing, rain and clouds being called away, waves being calmed. I don’t think I could write all the things You have done in my life. I can’t imagine what it was like when You Jesus were here walking on earth. The amount of love and light You gave away must have been incredible. I have only just begun to walk along side You Lord. I’ve just started inviting You into all I do. In this small amount of devotion You have radically changed my life.Father I want to be solely dependent on You. There is no one else I want to give my life to.

Lord I am starting to walk in a new level of trust in You. I’m not sure why it’s taken me this long to trust You. I’ve learned that I am weak and You are all. You have shown me that my family and friends are in Your hands. That I don’t have to worry about them because You are good. Thank You for Your never ending patience with me. I know I can be stubborn and blind, but You never stop loving and pursuing me. Thank You Father.

Lord may my eyes always be fixed on You. Let all the lust of my heart evaporate at Your wonderous love. Let my sorrow and pain be given to You in joy and thanksgiving. Only You Lord are worthy of all. Thank you Jesus, I can’t imagine what it was like to be in Your shoes and walk out a life full of love when others hated You. Give me strength Father to love my enemies as You love them Lord. For if You are not with me, I am nothing. A lost sheep headed for the cliff. Please Lord never leave me, I don’t want to know what it’s like to lose You. You are my life, my love, my all. I love You Abba.

  1. Wow. That was beautiful, Luis. As I was reading this you reminded me of Pslam 62:8, “Trust in the Lord at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” Keep sharing the wisdom God is giving to you, and sharing that smile! Love you, man! Praying for you.

  2. Luis, thank you for encouraging us all with your perspective, and for reminding us of our Father’s love and faithfulness.

  3. Luis, your fervent, passionate heart for God sparks more fervor in my heart ??

Pease pray for my family and I, we have arrived in New Mexico, the Lord gave us a home free and clear and we are in process of moving in to it now. The thing we need prayer for is this:

    1. The lord to lead us into His plan for ministry.
    2. The Lord would god me into His plan for a
    Job,
    3. The Lord protect my children from afflictions
    and illness.
    4. The Lord protect cindy and I in our hearts
And minds and bodies that we will not miss
The call God has placed over us.

  5. Luis,
    So appreciate ya mi hermano!
Great letter to Abba, making me say, me too ,me too!
From beginning to end,He’s called, saved me,sanctififying me daily and will see me safely home! Well, maybe not safely, but I’ll take dangerously home!

Keep loving, serving, laying your life down and being absolutely content and increasingly satisfied in his sufficiency and supremacy as your ultimate SATISFACTION!

23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it. ! Thess 5:23

6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Phil 1:6

  6. Thanks brother, I will continue to love as best I can and smile as often as I can. Love you man!
