Hello friends and family, happy new year! I have great news for what is coming this year of 2020. Starting next week myself along with 3 other men, all of whom have done the World Race. Are going to be traveling by van to over 20 states! (I’ll still be traveling to my squads overseas. So this is what I’m doing when I’m not overseas)
Our vision and hope is to bring more of Christ love and truth everywhere we go. We will be partnering with local churchs and people. Sharing what God has done and being a light to the people around us. This trip will make my “mission field” right here in our beautiful country. Many believe that we have to go overseas to reach the unreached. But the painful reality is we have people right here. Here in our neighborhoods and cities. So I will be doing what I can with the guidance of the Lord to reach those who others might over look.
We will be connecting the alumni who have done the World Race within that area. There are thousands of people who have experienced the community that comes with the World Race. Our hope is to bring them together. Helping them remember that they are not alone. There is a community out there and it’s possible they are only a few miles away.
God has changed my life through World Race. Our hope is to bring that same opportunity to those who are open. I don’t believe the World Race is for everyone. But it’s really hard to deny the results that come from 11 months of daily pursuit of God. When you live here in the states the pace is just different. The day to day is different, your focus is pulled in a hundred different ways. The World Race can give you the space, place and time to figure out your own faith.
My first stop is Orlando Florida. I’ll be leaving next week from Gainesville GA. We have some connections in Orlando and we hope to bring life, lift and encouragement to everyone we come into contact with. We are totally open for interruption. I know we’ll meet amazing people along the way. Who could really use a blessing. If you know of anyone in the Orlando area who could benefit from this trip please let me know. I’m also open for those who want to house and bless us 🙂 After Orlando we will head west to Tampa then west from there to Texas.
Please keep me in your prayers. God has a plan and I’m excited to be a part of it. Join my support team too. Ask God/yourself how much you want to give a month. Whatever you give will go directly to those in need. You can feed the homeless and give them clothes for this winter. You can help others with groceries for there families and give some money to those who need help.
